Bacon Day in Newcastle

I'm bringing bacon and eggs in a muffin tin (I need a better name) for breakfast
BLT's for lunch (yes I can't think of anything better then that)
Bacon peppers for appetizers/snacks.
Bacon wrapped something for dinner ( I haven't decided yet what will be wrapped in bacon)
and Bacon wrapped apples with a brown sugar, cayenne pepper, and other spices rub.

If you don't have any ideas, baconshow.blogspot.com has a bacon recipe a day, we have a bacon recipe blog as well, but it isn't updated as frequently as it should be, and just google - ing bacon recipes comes up with many sugestions. Just remember that the dish needs to highlight bacon, and don't be afraid to experiment. We have had some tarific failures in the past, but that is all part of the fun of Bacon Day.
